Builder III, Product - 200007 - Spencer,IN - 0100
Description
PURPOSE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Daily assignment of Product Builders to predetermined visual staffing plan.
· Build product and assist in attaining department metrics.
· Accountable for trainee’s quality of work (NCMR, Scrap, etc.) until trainee is signed-off in TRS.
· Maintain accurate training records through TRS.
·
Develop in-depth process and system knowledge for the production line.
· Participate in continuous and process improvement/efforts.
· Obtain knowledge and demonstrate adherence to the Corp Training Policy (90289746), Spencer Training Policy (S470230-OA) and all related SOP’s.
· Obtain knowledge of lean manufacturing toolset.
· Maintain training matrix for assigned production line as necessary.
· Participate in the Shared Responsibility Program as defined within the program.
· Provide ongoing feedback to both product builders and supervisors regarding all aspects of training.
· Adherence to manufacturing process requirements, the principles of all quality policies, and the foundations of Good Manufacturing Principles
