In House Attorney focusing on Medical Compliance and Regulatory Issues. Report to GC.



Acadia Group is a Retained Executive and Legal Search firm with assignments from Fortune 1000 and AM Law 200 clients throughout North America.

Our client is a rapid growth medical device manufacturer/distributor with worldwide presence. (60 + countries).

We are completing our screening of applicants and candidates for an "in house" legal position to report to General Counsel with focus on medical compliance and regulatory issues in the United States while managing outside counsel (focused on the same) in foreign countries

Ideal candidate would be an AM Law 200 or Corporate attorney with 5 + years medical compliance/regulatory experience. Must have experience with either Pharma, Bio-med, Med device or Medical Products. Compliance counsel to be Boston based and will report to General Counsel. Generous Comp package commensurate with background, to include base salary + annual bonus targeted at 20% of base.

Successful applicants must have exceptional educational background and work history including compliance and regulatory experience at or for company in one of the mentioned medical verticals. Client is only considering Boston metro based attorneys at this time. Applicant must be able to start within two weeks of accepted written offer.
