PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assists Store Manager in company-owned operations in maximizing sales, profits and customer service. Working with all store employees, strives daily to insure that both wholesale and retail customers receive professional and prompt attention so as to allow the store to dominate its market. Provides leadership to employees and leads by example. Inventory protection, asset management and operational issues are key areas for this position. Supervises overall cleanliness and readiness of vehicles, sales floor, stock room and outside areas. Fully supports and implements all NAPA programs , be they operational or marketing based.
