* Divisional Healthcare Sales Leader

Job Description:

Establish, implement and maintain a Healthcare plan for the Division that is aligned with the overall EMC strategy and includes topics such as account planning, partner alignment, training, sales escalation, marketing, acquisition alignment etc.
Work closely with the Divisional Vice President on ensuring the Healthcare plan is executed effectively.
Develop a divisional partner strategy that leverages the corporate partner strategy for the Healthcare vertical as well as expands to meet the regional requirements of the division.
Manage the relationships with the key CIO's and Academics to ensure they understand our strategy and solution portfolio. Provide training to ensure they are up to speed on EMC’s strategy in the Healthcare vertical and interact with these individuals/firms as needed to implement the business plan.

Manage the interface with corporate related to issues/challenges and act as the escalation point within the division as it relates to solution requirements.
Assist sales teams in qualifying opportunities, assessing the market while allowing other team members to implement and complete the sales process. Remain engaged to ensure objectives are reached.
Execute a training plan for all Healthcare sales teams to include corporate strategy, compliance, reporting, sales tools.
Act as a key interface for all hiring/recruiting for Helathcare positions within the Division.

Experience and Education
Minimum of 8-10 years of Healthcare IT sales experience.
Experience working with/calling on C-suite of Providers Good understanding of the key issues that face a Healthcare CIO.
Bachelors Degree
