Tiger Information Systems is currently seeking a legal receptionist (Rotating shift) for our client-an exceptionally well respected global law firm. We are looking for candidates who are EXTREMELY FLEXIBLE since the hours will vary day-to-day and the days worked with vary week-to-week and can work the following shifts: 12:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.; 12:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. You will be required to work 3 weekends out of the month (all shifts).

Responsibilities:

· Meet and greet all visitors to the Firm

· Operate call manager system at the reception desk

· Schedule conference rooms

· Maintain various logs i.e., car vouchers, visitor log

· Have general knowledge of the Firm's policies and procedures

· Provide general information i.e., location, titles, extensions of Firm employees

· Provide general office security coverage for deliveries and visitors

· Perform other duties as assigned from time-to-time.

Skills:

· Prefer large law firm experience

· Must have stable background

· 5-6 years reception experience

· Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize

· Must have the ability to work with high-level clientele and visiting executives

· Must have legal receptionist experience

· Polished, professional, articulate, with good communication skills.
