Boylston Staffing is looking for Multiple Vendor Support Specialist for a Real Estate Services Company in Waltham. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm two weeks out of the month and Wednesday-Sunday 8:30am-5:30pm two weeks out of the month. This is a temporary to hire opportuity paying $13.00/hr.

Vendor Manager Support Specialist

q Report to the vendor relations manager and/or vendor manager team leaders on progress of assigned tasks

q Respond to all vendor and coworker emails and voicemails in a professional and timely manner

q Work closely with vendor managers to assist in the delivery of all reports in a timely manner

q Weekend monitoring of all open cases to ensure timely delivery of reports and photos to clients.

q Expand vendor network through consistent efforts to recruit new vendors in areas needing more coverage.

q Seek out and report on information regarding competitors, prospects, clients and our industry that can be used to improve services, build competitive advantages and grow revenues.
