Our client, a rapidly growing New York based Service organization, seeks a Director of Treasury. This person will prepare cash forecasts on a rolling 5-day, 30-day and high level 12-month basis; supervise daily cash management function including review of cash position, and confirmation of investment or revolver transactions; and maintain relationships with banks. This person will confirm wire transfers; monitor compliance with loan and indenture agreements; and coordinate quarterly investor call. Handle bond and LOC portfolio. This person will be responsible for corporate insurance portfolio; including Property, Casualty, D/O, Workers' Compensation, and other policies insuring that all risks and exposures are properly insured. Facilitate the renewal of the insurance program. This person will report claims to insurance companies and broker, monitor ongoing status of claims; oversee Payroll function insuring timely processing of payroll data and funding to ADP; and manage and provide leadership to Treasury and Payroll Managers and subordinates. This person will report on return on investment for all major capital projects.

10+ years of recent related experience in Treasury / Cash Management are required. Candidates need to be a smart, adaptable professional with strong "business acumen". Strong analytical abilities are required. This person must be a strong Excel user with working knowledge of Treasury Management systems and processes. Strong communications skills, Project management skills, and Hyperion/Hyperion Essbase experience is a plus. The ability and desire to roll up their sleeves and be hands on in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment; and the ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business integrated environment is required.

This position pays 110000.00-130000.00 annually
