Director of HR: DCSI

We have an outstanding opportunity that is currently available for a Director or potentially a Sr. Dir. of Human Resources that has the ability to grow into a Global Vice President of Human Resources. DCSI is a global retained and contingent executive search firm that services high technology companies in most vertical product markets. We've set ourselves apart by being CEM/PCB experts and specialists on a global basis.

This position will be responsible for managing a very broad range of Human Resources activities including Global Recruitment and HR Generalist functions. This position will report into an outstanding Vice President of Human Resources that has an exceptional industry reputation for commanding the respect of his direct reports, peers and executives within this company. The company is a progressive electronics manufacturing and design organization with a strong US and International presence. The ideal candidate for this long term career opportunity must first versed in most Human Resources and Recruiting aspects and secondly have worked for at least 3 years within a Contract Electronics Manufacturer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA or BS degree is needed and advanced education is preferred as is advanced HR certifications such as PHR & SPHR.
• 3 or more years direct Human Resources experience with the Contract Electronics Manufacturing industry.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources and Recruiting experience.
• Experience handling Human Resource issues, employment law & recruiting on an international level is needed.
• Only candidates with steady/long term employment histories will be considered for this position.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are needed.
• Ability to work at an executive level with Vice Presidents and other Corporate Officers is needed.
• Ability to work and interface in a highly diverse work force/culture is needed.
