ExecuStay Insurance Housing is currently searching for a experienced pro active sales professional to join out team in Texas. This position is 100% business development and requires a aggressive, go getter attitude. The position supports the states of Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Candidate MUST live in Texas. This is a virtual home office position and the candidate can live in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or Austin. ExecuStay is a brand of Marriott International. Minimum experience: A minimum of two years of proactive outside sales experience is required. Proven successful sales record and guest satisfaction experience or other Marriott management experience with proven abilities in sales and guest satisfaction or appropriate cross training.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.

Basic Responsibilities

· Support and promote Marriott ExecuStay’s mission statement, strategic vision, and value proposition to customers.

· Contribute to the profit and performance goals of local and national efforts.

· Strengthen relationships with existing customers to build market share.

· Meet and exceed, revenue, unit, and profit margin goals established in strategic local and national efforts.

· Identify, qualify and solicit new business to achieve personal unit, revenue and profit goals

· Promote, maintain and exceed unit pricing guidelines, lease length and vacancy policies set forth by Revenue Management, DOS, or GM.

· Analyze and book best business for operating unit based on market conditions and need; understand competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.

· Knowledge of/assist with budgeting process and forecasting.

· Assist DOS or GM in development and implementation of strategic marketing plans.

· Work in cooperation with GM to maintain the “National Standards of Operations” and promote the “Best Practices”.

· Establish a strong working relationship with partner Account Manager.

· Achieve quarterly written SMART goals and specific action plans.

· Perform reasonable duties as requested by Market Director of Sales or General Manager.

Sales and Marketing Responsibilities

· Meet and exceed revenue/unit / and profit margin goals within defined territory as set forth in local market budgets.

· Aggressively market and sell ExecuStay services to corporations and individuals. Schedule outside appointments and physically meet with prospective customers.

· Develop and maintain customer base through networking, cold calls, teleprospecting, and presentations.

· Maintain accurate customer hard files, client lists and prospect list using the contact management program prescribed by ExecuStay.

· Analyze detailed knowledge of demographics, apartments, and corporate housing providers in the local market.

· Maintain understanding of seasonal and local market trends.

· Prepare proposals and presentations for potential customers.

· Conduct product and area tours for local and national customers as required.

· Maintain complete understanding of local and national competition.

· Support ExecuStay and Marriott’s Global Sales Organization’s customer strategies.

· Comply with the local and national sales policies and procedures prescribed by ExecuStay.

· Establish and maintain local relationships with other Marriott Brands and Marriott’s Strategic Account Organization.

· Attend weekly sales meetings put on by DOS/GM and monthly local networking functions.

Customer Service

· Educate the client during the sales process on ExecuStay customer service procedures during their stay.

· Support and review with CSR in responding to customer requests and complaint.

· Share in pager duty.

Administrative

· Maintain and submit to DOS/GM weekly and monthly sales reports as prescribed by ExecuStay.

· Maintain and submit timely expense reports in accordance with ExecuStay standards and local budget.
