Providence is calling a Medical Technologist - Chemistry.
We're seeking an individual who performs all duties in a manner that promotes teamwork and reflects the Mission and Philosophy of our founders, the Sisters of Providence.
Position Specifics: Pending administrative approval.
This position is located at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane , WA . It is a day shift - 26 hour per week position.
Under the general direction of the Laboratory director, the employee performs, evaluates and reports results on specimens received for analysis; solves problems, instructs new employees and students, operates instruments and performs maintenance function checks and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Education: Baccalaureate Degree in related health sciences required or current 3+1 student enrolled in PSHMC MT Program.
Licenses/Certifications: Medical Technologist with National Certification - or equivalent required. If registry eligible, certification within one year required.
