-Work Subsidized, Unsubsidized, Plus and Alternative loans -Process 45 loans a day or 225 a week -Must have a 5% or less error ratio -Certify loans with the lender(s) -Adhere to federal guidelines for processing loans -Answer emails - students, advisors and college answer -Other duties as assigned -Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, and weekends -Individual must not be default on any federal student or parent loan Individual must not be convicted of, or pled nolo contend ere or guilty to, a crime involving the acquisition, use, or expenditure of federal, state, or local government funds, -or- be administratively or judicially determined to have committed fraud or any other material violation of law involving federal, state, or local govenment funds -Ability to speak a foreign language, such as Spanish, preferred

-Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent financial aid experience -Knowledge and understanding of the entire financial aid process including:FASFA, PELL, FSEOG, FWS, Sub loans, Unsub loans, PLUS, VTAG, CSAP, Voc-Rehab, Veterans Benefits, Outside scholarships, Institutional Aid, Military benefits -Excellent communication and organization skills -Detailed oriented -Ability to work in a fast paced environment -Ability to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc -Loan Tests -Demonstrate customer service
