Business Development Manager



We represent Deere Employees Credit Union who is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial minded Business Development Manager. This is an independent role working on-site at one of the area’s largest employers. Selected candidate will be charged with membership, deposit and loan volume growth in addition to working with an extensive group of existing customers. Responsibilities include opening new accounts and taking loan applications while looking for cross-sell opportunities in order to build loyal relationships and meet individual sales goals. Initial and ongoing training will be provided.

We are seeking a competitive, goal-oriented professional with proven success in a sales role. Ideal candidate will be hard-working and customer service focused. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and proven success in a retail sales role in addition to the ability to get licensed for insurance and financial services product sales.

We offer competitive base salary and monthly incentive plus benefits to include health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), profit-sharing and bonus plan.
