We are currently seeking seasoned Statement Investigators to conduct statement investigations for San Diego, Los Angeles and Oakland/Bay Areas. Statement Investigator candidates must be bilingual in Spanish/English. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience in insurance, and strong statement taking skills for property loss, vehicle loss, AOE/COE, workers’ comp, and/or liability investigations.

Qualified Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Fluency in both English/Spanish required
  
• 5 years of experience within the insurance industry
• Strong interviewing techniques in order to conduct thorough investigations
  
• Integrity, honesty, self-motivation
• Dedication to performance
• Highly adaptable and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
• Computer literate
• Competent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Adhere to a flexible work schedule to include varied hours, days and holidays
• Suitable and reliable vehicle
• Valid Drivers license with a favorable driving record
