The Dallas Morning News is seeking a multitasking journalist who can engage and connect with readers across multiple media platforms. The ideal candidate will help plan, aggregate, create publish and push editorial content for neighborsgo, a group of 17 weekly print newspapers published by The News in more than 39 communities across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This candidate must focus community coverage in a weekly print product as if it’s a direct conversation with the reader. Excellent editing skills, strong news judgment and ability to aggregate relevant local news from a variety of sources in a timely way are required. Blogging, Facebook and Twitter skills are strongly encouraged.
