Juristaff Legal Staffing is assisting a leading contributor of financial services identify Corporate Attorney candidates for a Legal Counsel opportunity in New York City . This is a rare opportunity to join the Legal Department of a very well respected company assisting firms and companies worldwide in a Counsel role.

Qualified candidates must have AT LEAST 3 years of experience practicing corporate and intellectual property law in a permanent attorney capacity with excellent business and communication skills. Specific experience is sought in software and technology licensing agreements. Additionally, contenders must be actively licensed to practice in New York .

Compensation will be based on experience, ranging between $120-140k, taking into account your ability to provide aid on customer and supplier agreements to various sales and analytic departments. Salary caps at $140k to start and this is not negotiable or guaranteed.
