Director, Revenue Cycle Application

Temple, TX

You will plan, organize and direct the system applications related to revenue cycle operations including the physician practice management system and all related modules. This includes responsibility for all financial accountabilities and all activities related to staffing, work assignments, hiring/termination, performance reviews, orientation and professional development. You will also act as a liaison between area of responsibility and the IS department, vendors and user groups.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and five or more years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership position in healthcare revenue cycle. Commensurate work experience in operations or business applications services may be considered as satisfaction for Bachelor’s degree.
