Company Description

Morris County company specializing in project/construction services is seeking a Senior Construction Accountant to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

In this position, the Accountant will handle various accounting functions related to project administration. Some areas include: budget analysis, forecasting, job costing, contract billing, and the monthly close process. Special projects as needed .

Qualifications

  • BS, Accounting or Finance. MBA or Masters Degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of related accounting experience with a background in project/job costing.
  • MUST have some experience in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Excel are required.
  • Great communication skills are a must.
