POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of five years of experience providing leadership related to billing of all accounts and the collection of government accounts. Extensive experience with Medicare and MediCal. Demonstrate knowledge of hospital accounts receivable. Excellent experience in customer service processes including correspondence. Experience and knowledge of Patient Accounting systems in a multi-facility environment. Two years of college, or equivalent training.Must have good verbal and written communications skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience working in a union environment is desirable. Must keep abreast of all government regulations and implement changes accordingly.
