Growing National Hospice Team is looking for Master's Prepared Social Workers!!!

This very integral member of our growing interdisciplinary, provides medical social services, following all hospice policies and procedures, to the patient and family in accordance with an interdisciplinary plan of care so that the function of each patient and the coping capacity of each family member will be maximized.

Qualified candidates must have a Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, At least two years of social work experience in a health care delivery system preferred, CPR certified.
