WHAT YOU DO
- Deliver world-class customer service in every area of the store
- Assist in the daily operation of an assigned specialty area (Children's, Music/DVD, Newsstand, Bargain)
- Utilize expert product knowledge when making recommendations to customers
- Maximize sales and productivity on the selling floor and through www.bn.com
- Serve as a mentor to booksellers
WHAT’S REQUIRED
- Commitment to working on the selling floor, requiring physical activity
- Flexible schedule - our stores are open daily, which requires morning, evening, weekend and holiday availability
- Comfortable using a computer and cash register
