We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as District Manager to oversee the operations, growth and performance of our franchised operations located around the country.

Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions

Ø Support Franchise Owners in the management of their business and correct problematic operations around the country.

Ø Support Franchise Owners in recruiting, hiring and training all necessary staff members.

Ø Responsible for the ongoing support of staff and monitor operation so that it is compliant with the operating guidelines.

Ø Understanding the profit and loss of the operations as well as the financial planning and expenditures as reflected on the profit and loss statement.

Ø Travel is required: Expect 40% or more travel time.

We are looking for high energy; self motivated professionals who have the following qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or 3-5 years of experience)
• Multi- unit experience
• Ability to travel up to two weeks per month
• Ability to analyze financial statements in relation to company standards
• Necessary computer skills include: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and people skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Starting Salary is $36,000 - $40,000 per year, franchise experience a plus
