SP Unit Staff RN-Hospital
Qualifications: Current CA RN license and AHA BLS Certification. One (1) year recent (within the last three (3) years) full-time equivalent experience or completion of an approved KP or equivalent L&D course within prior 12 months, which includes basic fetal monitoring. Current NRP card required. Successful completion of advanced fetal monitoring course within the past two years. Current ACLS card required in units where patients are recovered. May be expected to cross train to at least 1 other Perinatal area. Ability to scrub and circulate as required. Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Kaiser Permanente's Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Notes: Works "Non-Payday" weekends. If twelve (12) hour option chosen, shift will be 7:00 pm-7:30 am with a total scheduled hours per week of 36 hours, back up 8 hour shift will be 11:00 pm-7:30 am with a total scheduled hours per week of 40 hours.
