Job Responsibilities

This position is an entry-level management position with hourly pay benefits. We are looking for individuals who are interested in promoting further into the company.

The Assistant Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant.

• They assist the Restaurant General Manager to
  recruit, screen, hire, train and develop employees
• Sales forecasting and labor planning
• Conduct risk/safety inspections
• Manage inventory and facility
• Order products
• Conduct P&L analysis
• Schedule team members
• Manage revenue periods

• Ability to develop and motivate a team
• Good communication - with team and customers
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn

• Ability to manage with minimal supervision
• Ability to solve day-to-day problems
