Job Responsibilities
This position is an entry-level management position with hourly pay benefits. We are looking for individuals who are interested in promoting further into the company.
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant.
- They assist the Restaurant General Manager to
recruit, screen, hire, train and develop employees
- Sales forecasting and labor planning
- Conduct risk/safety inspections
- Manage inventory and facility
- Order products
- Conduct P&L analysis
- Schedule team members
- Manage revenue periods
Requirements:
- Ability to develop and motivate a team
- Good communication - with team and customers
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to manage with minimal supervision
- Ability to solve day-to-day problems
