Work security in a fun environment Primary Role: To deliver excellent customer service, while providing a safe environment for all visitors and employees.
Responsibilities:
-Greet all museum visitors, employees and volunteers
-Scan admission tickets
-Monitor all visitors, employees and volunteers entering and exiting the museum
-Strict adherence to all safety and security policies per operations manual
-Provide information to guests upon request
-Interact with all visitors in a cheerful and positive manner while maintaining
-Close up museum nightly
-Maintain high levels of alertness for long periods of time
-Excellent observation skills
-Present a positive, professional demeanor to all museum visitors, employees and volunteers
-Other duties as assigned
Skills:
Excellent customer services skills
Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work on your feet all day
Flexible work schedule ? Weekend, Target Free Tuesday and holiday shifts are required
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Experience working in service industry
Experience working around children
Shifts:
1 - Saturday and Sunday - 10:30 am - 6:00 pm
2 - Saturday and Sunday - 9:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $8.50 per hour
