Clinical Supervisor - Developmental Disabilities



Eliot Community Human Services’ Kelliher Center in Arlington a vocational program for developmentally disabled adults is seeking an Clinical Supervisor.

The Kelliher Center in Arlington is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor for their MR day habilitation program.

Candidate will be in charge of overseeing all documentation and clinical records for the program. Responsible for tracking program compliance with required documentation, writing and implementing quarterly notes, and coordinating all annual meetings with DMR Service Coordinators and family members. Possess the ability to supervise and provide support to Habilitation Specialist with regard to clinical and documentation requirements.

BA in Counseling, Social Work or related field with 2 years experience working with people with disabilities in a therapeutic setting. Some experience with data collection, report writing, and clinical record management along with strong written and analytical skills. Candidates must be outgoing, creative and flexible. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing program and to contribute to its development.
