Position Description:

1.Provide senior leadership evaluating, planning & managing initiatives for Global Real Estate & Facilities.
2.Development and analysis of new initiatives related to real estate, technology, infrastructure and services.
3.Program management of strategic initiatives for Global Real Estate, Facilities & Services.
4.Financial management of projects or programs in collaboration with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Operations, Engineering & IT.
5.Manage project & program management reporting commitments for Real Estate & Facilities.




Qualifications:

Senior management experience with operational, technical or general management roles related to program & project management within a corporate environment. Demonstrated leadership with services, consulting or operations management, direct staff management (direct and contracted), business planning /financial planning, executive communications. Management responsibilities with cross-functional and multi-location organizations preferred, with successful management experience within a centralized organization model delivering improved financial results. Preferred candidates should have 7-10 years noted experience, a B.S. degree, preferably an advanced technical degree or MBA.
