SummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to analyze data with NaviStor and NaviScript to locate potential theft and operational issues that cause loss. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. EssentialDuties and ResponsibilitiesThe associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: Review and analyze NaviStor / NaviScript for potential theft and operational issues that cause loss. Support field users in NaviStor / NaviScript. Follow-up on case progress and update databases accordingly. Create and produce reports. Partner with other departments regarding loss, investigations, research and analysis. Support/Assist with training of new users and continue development of existing users. Database maintenance. Support/Assist with enhancements of databases.
