QTI of Southeastern Wisconsin has partner with a growing company located in Burlington , WI and currently recruiting for talented candidates with both MIG welding & assembly experience for an ASSEMBLER position. This is a 1st shift (6am- 2:30pm Monday - Friday) direct hire opportunity. Qualified candidates should have steady, verifiable employment... previous welding and assembly experience!!! Candidates will operate stationary and moving overhead cranes; forklift experience; blueprint reading experience; welding, grinding, and use pneumatic power tools in a clean and safe environment.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand (approximately 90% of the time).
• The employee frequently is required to use hand to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and clime or balance.
• The employee is frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee is frequently required to stand on a ladder.
• The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 30lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75lbs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to vibration.
• The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
• Candidates will be required to wear steel toe shoes.
