SMT Operator: OnCore Manufacturing Services

We are currently seeking SMT Operator the San Jose, CA facility. This position is required for 2^nd shift (11:30 pm to 8:00 am).

Responsibilities:

• Set-up machines (Ekra 5XL, screen printer) loading programs (FUJI CP4, CP6, & IP3) operation (BTU Pyramax 150 reflow oven) process control and operator level preventative maintenance of the above equipment.
• Perform the loading and unloading to/from machine. Set up SMT parts to the correct feeder.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of machine operation Tape and Reel, labeling, dry pack and programming device.
• IPC-610 knowledge required.
• Past set up and operation of SMT equipment in manufacturing of high quality product.
• Must be able to distinguished different colors for color coding purposes.
