DaVita owns and operates kidney dialysis centers and home peritoneal dialysis programs nation-wide, serving approximately 115,000 patients in over 1500 outpatient dialysis facilities and acute units in over 700 hospitals.
To continue the rapid growth targets of the company, HomeChoice Partners is seeking a Recruiter to be located in our Norfolk, VA location. This is a new position for the company and will serve as a full-life cycle Recruiter responsible for the talent acquisition activities for all types and levels of positions - including clinical and business roles, from entry-level to leadership. With a constant focus on service excellence, this role will drive the recruiting process working with hiring officials and candidates from the identification of a new opening through new hire onboarding, including:
- Partnering and consulting with hiring managers through the selection process; gaining understanding of business needs and position requirements, providing overview of market factors and candidate screening results, recommending candidates for interviews.
- Using discretion and creativity to identify appropriate advertising, sourcing, and networking methods and resources. Proactively source to secure talent based on current and future business needs leveraging diverse recruiting resources.
- Reviewing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for skill level, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements as well as for core values and culture fit.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of demonstrated successful recruiting experience within a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated success using strategic sourcing and networking techniques.
- The demonstrated ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates ensuring service excellence within all facets of the hiring life-cycle.
