Specialty Prior Authorization/Customer Service Supervisor - Overland Park, KS
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
- Supervise and oversee Prior Authorization Technician operations
- Supervise and oversee Customer Service Agent operations
- Oversee the processing of all medication and Prior Authorization request for Specialty Pharmacy
- Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries
- Coordinates supervise and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit

Qualifications Requirements:
- Pharmacy Technician license in Kansas eligibility required
- 2 + years of proven exemplary coaching / motivational skills at both an individual and team level as either a team lead, educational role or the like is required
- 2 + years of customer service experience in pharmacy benefits management, and or call center and/or pharmacy
Assets:
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPHBT) license preferred
- BS/BA degree or equivalent 2 years of work experience managing personnel is preferred
- 1 + year project management experience preferred
- Medical billing experience is desired
- Working understanding of managed care desired, but not required
