| | |  |  | Phlebotomist - Client's Office - Seattle Seattle, WA Job Description : Performs routine venipuncture and coordinate daily collections and distribution of laboratory specimens in client office. Prepare and process paperwork associated with the specimens. Receives orders for laboratory tests and follows through with accuracy and Is required to know and follow all safety procedures and being able to responds appropriately to an emergency or drill. Serves as primary laboratory representative to the patient and client. staff. Responsible for completing all assigned work with accuracy and promptly on schedule. Assist technical staff, other employees, physicians, clients, and supervisor in a cooperative manner. Client Office Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Job Requirements : Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of verifiable phlebotomy experience, or possess valid phlebotomy certificate from accredited agency with at least 200 draws. Normally requires a Valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record. |
