Sr. Programmer Analyst: E. & J. Gallo Winery

E. & J. Gallo Winery is searching for a Sr. Programmer Analyst.

This is an exciting position for working on an exciting HRIS implementation and upgrade taking E. & J. Gallo Winery to a Class “A” organization.

The Sr. Programmer Analyst position is for the “Kronos Project” in the Human Resources Information Systems team. Primary responsibilities include technical analysis/design, coding from specifications, testing, implementing and support of Operations and Human Resources business solutions within the Kronos software.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in programming analysis, software engineering, or software development.
· Experience with Kronos components.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with the Kronos application including the configuration of pay rules, accrual policies, and user account.
· Knowledge of the Kronos Connect application and interface development for importing and exporting data from Kronos.
· Experience with the PeopleSoft project promotion process, SQR programming language, App Engine, PeopleTools and workflow development, and a good understanding of the HRMS application and tables.
· An understanding of the Oracle Database architecture.
· Experience using SQL commands.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics or Engineering plus 5 years of experience in programming analysis, software engineering, or software development.
