Enrollment Manager: Towne Search

Major New York based Healthcare Company is looking to fill a Enrollment Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of the Enrollment Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a network of hospitals, community physicians, community based organizations and small business that would provide partnerships and referrals that will lead to enrollments.
• Coach, train and motivate Enrollment Representative.
• Responsible for meeting goals on production and rejections by representatives and overall team goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as hospitals, providers, and city agencies.
• Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings including training exercises.

Requirments:

· Managed Enrollment Representatives.

· Strong Problem solving, writing and verbal communication skills.

· Medicaid experience required.
