This position will work with business and functional leadership to
identify, structure and drive/lead significant process improvements that
significantly impact Goodyear's cost to serve, customer fill rates and
working capital. Utilize lean / 6 sigma methodologies to drive significant transformation changes to achieve more effective, integrated supply chain.

This position will contribute to strategic development, transformational
leadership, cross functional implemtation to improve business processes
/ system related to improving competitiveness and integrated supply
chain.
