Quality Analyst Lead - Basking Ridge, NJ or Hartford, CT
Position Description:
Positions in this function are involved in developing and implementing efficient and effective test plans for new systems problems and/or enhancements to a health care Claim System. Includes understanding of QA methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 5+ Quality Analyst experience
- 2+ years Test Director/Quality Center experience
- 2+ years Experience Managing complex QA projects
- 2+ years managing and gathering project metrics
- 2+ years Experience with managing direct reports
Assets:
- Medical claims experience is an asset
- Mainframe testing experience is a plus
- Post-graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience
