Lead Quality Assurance Analyst (TRICARE) - Eden Prairie, MN
Position Description:
This person will be responsible for multiple application areas in a data warehousing environment. This will involve working directly with Project Managers in various functional areas. This person will approve statements of work, approve and write project documentation, delegate responsibility to other team members, and be a SME in a particular application area. This person will work directly with business users and cross functionally with other technical teams in order to leverage a successful testing environment. This candidate must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.

5+ years experience in quality assurance testing

2+ years experience in a leadership role

1 year experience with Mercury Quality Center or Test Director

Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

3+ years of data warehousing experience
Assets

Experience with HIPAA, PHI, and other privacy audit procedures

Experience working directly with business users

Experience working cross functionally with technical teams

Advanced level of skill in MS Excel
