Responsibilities: Functioning under ANA scope of practice for Development Professionals, the position offers the unique challenge to blend core content across a six state region that includes 11 hospitals, both rural and urban and with over 5000 committed clinical staff. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: RN and BSN required or RN with Bachelor degree in health care related field. BLS Certification. 3 to 5 years work experience in Medical/Surgical acute care nursing or educational equivalent required. At least two years in a position with primary responsibility for design and delivery of learning programs for adult learners. Working knowledge of ancillary and support department responsibilities. Excellent presentation, facilitation and computer technology skills, strong organization and communication skills and the ability to take initiative, solve problems and improve processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree preferred in health care or related area with an education focus or course work towards a Master's degree with planned completion date. Demonstration of learning principles and use of multiple modalities, both traditional and non-traditional required. - 3 years of clinical experience in Med-Surg areas preferred.
- Development, delivery and evaluation of education programs and projects related to the Med-Surg preferred.
