Job Description:
Develop, manage, and administer training across all areas of assigned program as required. Individual will work with program area SMEs to develop need training to include lesson plans, visual aids, and course assessments as required. Will ensure program training records are updated to reflect completed and needed training/certifications. Will coordinate with campus level training organization as needed to update individual training records. A background in satellite ground systems development is desired. Must be able to develop and instruct on multiple technical areas. Must be team oriented and able work with little or no supervision/guidance. Must be willing to take on added responsibilities as necessary to meet program requirements. Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.
Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 6 years experience in technical training development and standup instruction

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Excellent writing and presentation skills.

Experience working as an effective team member.

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment / tasking direction.

Ability to quickly understand assignments and carry them out with minimal supervision and under only general guidance.

Experience working with a geographically dispersed program team.

Experience managing time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

US Citizen with Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance
Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD)

Experience in tracking and maintaining training records

Experience with Visualization technologies used in class room instruction

A background in satellite ground systems development is desired

Experience with Aurora Campus development processes.

Experience with MS Access and MS Project

Qualified Raytheon 6 Sigma Specialist
Education (Including Majors):
BS degree, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics
