Description:
The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting a variety of Supply Chain Departments and Projects including but not limited to Warehouse Management System (WMS) our Order Management System (OMS) and our Business Intelligence Systems. The Business Analyst will participate in analysis of application requirements and will be responsible for the development and execution of Key Business Reporting Tools. The ideal candidate will also be able to complete detailed project specifications, and the development, testing, training and implementation of major business initiatives. This individual must be technically sound with exposure to Supply Chain Systems including Order Management, Merchandising, Forecast, Planning, Warehouse Management systems and Process improvement
Experience in Supply Chain Life Cycle working with process owners to identify system or process solutions that enable continual business improvements. Proven ability to identify reporting requirements, data requirements, and processing requirements Detailed experience developing key performance metrics and reporting them to senior management Ability to work with Business partners, Distribution Centers, Transportation and IT management to develop design specifications and reporting. Ability to train users on process, reporting or system changes Formulates and defines scope and objectives for new processes based on user needs, and leads analysis, design, development and implementation efforts Ability to utilize system tools to develop testing and reporting technologies Four-year college degree in business or another related area

Required Skills: Knowledge/ Skills Needed
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Access and MS Project a must Experience in supporting and understanding end to end applications that support supply chain and direct and retail business. Documentation/Definition of Business Requirements Understanding of databases, logic views, Query tools, and standard file layouts for conversions and interfaces helpful Experience with DBU, Query, and SQL helpful Strong project management skills Ability to troubleshoot and understand decisions made in one unit of the business and its affect up or down stream to prevent issues and define resolutions Ability to develop testing project plans Ability to monitor testing, validate results, identify potential variances, and resolve issues through until user acceptance occurs
