Our Regional Government Sales Manager will help us lead business development activities targeting Federal government agencies within the Southeast Region of the United States . We are in search of a seasoned individual who has current relations within the Federal Construction arena. This individual will need to be self motivated and utilize the unique capabilities of our 8(a) clients and his or her current Federal relationships as well as ingenuity to develop and nurture new customers in the region. The incumbent will have support from the home office but must be able to work independently to maintain the Southeast region and must consistently maintain a direct channel of communications with the Senior Vice President of Construction.

Educational requirements for this position are a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other relevant field of study. The incumbent must have a minimum of ten years related experience in the construction sales industry, most of which should include Federal contracts sales. Work with 8(a) organizations is a strong plus and an understanding of government contracting as it relates to construction negotiated requirements is a must.
