Labor Counsel Job Description: We are currently looking for a Labor Counsel to join our Labor Relations team. This position is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: - Negotiate collective bargaining agreements
- Represent the company in and manage arbitration matters, as well as NLRB procedures and labor litigation
- Manage outside counsel with regard to handling labor matters nationwide
- Provide day-to-day advice and counsel relative to labor related issues
- Provide guidance to Field Supervisors or directly handle grievances, including those that result in arbitration
- Counsel Human Resources, Operations and Benefits partners on collective bargaining agreement administration
- Supervise, mentor, and train department support staff
- Develop and deliver training on various labor related topics
- Involvement with developing labor strategy

Education: Doctoral degree (JD) or equivalent in Law, plus six (6) to eight (8) years' experience in a private and/or public law practice; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must meet the licensing requirements of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
