Position Description:
Ingenix is seeking an experienced professional to prepare and execute strategic event plans from start to finish for both internal and external events. Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating strategic event plans for trade shows, conferences and other external events sponsored by the company
- Coordinating exhibits, graphics, presentations, hotel rooms, receptions, meetings, and other event components
- Managing lead capture and results measurement
- Working closely with business unit leaders, product leaders and the creative team to ensure effective event execution
- Ensuring that the brand is represented accurately and that messaging is appropriate for the involved venue
- Keeping current on competitor activities
- Meeting budgets and timelines
- Position location may be flexible

Qualifications Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in strategic results driven event planning is required
- 1 year of experience working with multiple business units as well external vendors
- Experience Coordinating exhibits, graphics, presentations, receptions, meetings room blocks, and other event components is required
- Experience managing the budget for planned events is required
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word are required, SharePoint, and Outlook are preferred
- 1 year of experience working trade shows, road shows, Internal user conferences, client meetings, other external events sponsored by the company is required
- Certified Meeting Planner(CMP), Certified Trade Show Marketer (CTSM) preferred
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
