Highly successful corporation is adding to staff and needs help in their Training and Development area. Human Resources Training Analyst will assist with the employee performance evaluation and development processes. Will communicate best practices to management and HR staff. Will work with IT department to gather data and develop systems to support this process.

- Capture and maintain business requirements for developing and enhancing talent management, systems, tools and processes
- Partner with information systems teams and applications developers to UAT tools and ensure data and process integrity
- Assist in development and delivery of communications and training on tools and processes for relationship managers and business
- Partner with relationship managers on the administration and use of performance assessment tools

Must have at least 2 years experience as Human Resources/Business Analyst or Generalist with experience working with performance management. Strong customer service orientation
and excellent computer skills.
