WIVB-TV, a LIN Television station and the dominant Number One station in Buffalo, is seeking a Station Business Administrator.

Business Administrator - We have an immediate opportunity and need an experience go-getter in the Business Office. The Business Administrator will provide all general station administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and routing of purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other accounting documents on a daily basis.

  • Providing general business information support to the General Manager and corporate accounting (e.g., querying the accounts payable systems for payment information, running financial reports for the GM and etc…)

  • Working closely with the station GM and corporate HR department to orient new employees, complete new hire packages and provide benefit information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related area.
  • 2-3 years of benefits administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
