About the Job Golden Living has an immediate opening for a LPN Care Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the coordination of our centralized case management service for our managed care/commercial insurance payors. Qualified applicants must be a LPN and have a current, unrestricted license in Arkansas with 1-2 year’s clinical experience preferred. We will train the right candidate if needed.
