RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT VARC, Inc. is currently recruiting for Residential Assistants to fill open shifts at our Viroqua homes. These positions provide direct assistance with independent living skills, community involvement, and various other activities. Open shifts include: Every 4th day: 3 p.m. - 8:30 a.m.; Sun & Mon: 11 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.; Wed - Sat: 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.; or possible combinations of these shifts. Hourly wage is $9.59 per hour and some positions may be eligible for group insurance benefits. Qualifications: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a valid Wisconsin driver's license. Strong preference will be given to candidates with prior experience.
