Job Title: Vice President, Civilian Operations ** US Citizenship and Top Secret Clearance required**

Full Job Description:

Successful candidate will oversee operations and account expansion for all current and future Civilian contracts for Paragon. The candidate will have full P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, proposal development support, and account expansion plans. He/she will be accountable for on-time/within budget delivery of all Paragon’s contracts within Civilian Sector.

He/she needs to have experience with Federal Healthcare, Civilian, or Financial sectors. Candidate will be required to support/lead proposals and capture efforts to include proposal analysis, proposal writing, capture, and new business development support. Candidate will work closely with and provide support to his/her peers and Paragon’s Board. Excellent knowledge of Federal Contract and Subcontractor management as well as GWACs and IDIQs are required. Understanding performance based, cost plus, and T&M contract management is a must. Ability to develop business relationships through professional, business and customer networking events.

Requirements:

• 10 years of Federal IT contract experience in a leadership position. Must be verifiable

• Working knowledge of successful project and program management

• Understanding IT and Financial projects

• PMP or ITIL certification

• Experience writing or responding to RFI's RFP's and Task order proposals

• Experience with Civilian or DoD customers

• Proven experience in formulating capture strategies against specific targets, and developing account plans

• M/S office suite skills, Word, PPT, Excel etc.

• Ability to develop long-term relationships

• Follow-up and strong closing skills

• Must have experience in Federal Contract Management

• Leading a growing team, implementing infrastructure, supporting BD, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required

• U.S. Citizenship is required

• Top Secret Clearance required
