We are seeking a Business Analyst for our Operations Department.
The primary purpose of this position is to interact with all levels of management and staff to organize assigned projects, develop and implement system enhancements using independent judgment and unique problem solving skills. In addition, produce reports and analyze data on behalf of Operational Managers.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 2 years progressive experience in a managed health care, preferably in project management or equivalent.
· Experience with word processing, Excel, and Access required; knowledge of ASH’s proprietary systems (IHIS, PROMIS, CHIP) preferred.
