Description

Avis Budget Group, operates two of the most recognized brands in the global vehicle rental industry through Avis Rent A Car System, LLC and Budget Rent A Car System, Inc. We are currently searching for a dedicated Account Services Representative to provide overall service to our corporate accounts with the purpose of retaining and growing corporate business in our Tulsa, Oklahoma Contact Center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides customer service and administrative support to contracted accounts.
  • Provides fast and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Interacts with executives of accounts that range in size.
  • Provides general information regarding rental locations, service, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains accurate listing of charge cards of corporate accounts. Maintain accurate listing of corporate account wizard information.
  • Promotes special offers. Free-sell and extend corporate rentals as needed.
  • Coordinates specialist needs of executive-level reservations.
  • Provides administrative support including but not limited to writing correspondence, faxing, ordering renter applications.
  • Assists customer with billing issues.
  • Investigates and respond to any customer service related issue.
  • Communicates and collaborate with team members, sales managers and other internal personnel in order to retain and grown the business of corporate accounts.

Successful candidates will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Strong PC skills
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent telephone and listening skills, specifically requiring professional telephone demeanor to effectively serve clients.
  • Ability to work in team environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 or more years of sales or customer service experience.
  • The preferred candidate will have college coursework and at least 1 year of sales experience.
